Komisioni i vlerësimit të propozimeve për Logon e Forumit të Dytë mbi Zhvillimin Ekonomik Rajonal dhe Lokal, pas shqyrtimit të propozimeve të paraqitura, zgjodhi si fituese punën e znj. Lea Fushekati, një dizajner shqiptaro-belge, e lindur në Tiranë dhe banuese në Bruksel.

Ky variant përfaqëson më së miri faktin se Forumi ka në fokusin territorial gjashtë vende të Ballkanit Perëndimor, si dhe shpreh shumë mirë konceptin e sinergjisë, që duhet të arrihet përmes ndërveprimit dhe bashkëpunimit të të gjithë aktorëve të pranishëm në territor (bashkëpunimi horizontal) , si dhe nëpërmjet bashkëpunimit të tyre me institucionet kombëtare rajonale dhe evropiane (bashkëpunimi vertikal ose shumënivelësh).
