Centre will organize in 20-22 / 04/2015 three day seminar on the topic:  ”Fostering the capacities of TVET training institutions to provide targeted ALMM in regional value chain development initiatives”

Education and training is an effective tool in improving the quality of life of citizens and human capacity building, responding to the challenges of socio-economic development in achieving sustainable stability and economic growth. Many academic programs should be designed with Fikus development of lifelong learning. They should provide international education and training tailored to the requirements of the country. As a result many higher education institutions are under pressure to revise and adapt their missions, on the eve of profiling and differentiation of their programs. It is interesting to consider the issues of how higher education institutions, public and respond to rapidly changing labor market, what impact do they have on the economy and how they cope with the current crisis. What is the role of the system of secondary and higher education and the professional training in employment and what role they play in the overall development.

How to answer these questions and how a Development Center will be useful, to help operators in the market , we will learn and perfect during our three-days workshop, which is the fifth in a series of seminars to increase the capacity of  trainings staff .
