Në ditën e tretë të punimeve të “Institutit për Gratë dhe Vajzat në Politikën e Sigurisë Kombëtare dhe Ndërkombëtare" , 3 tetor 2019, kursantet patën mundësine të ndiqnin dhe bashkëbisedonin me të tjerë ligjërues të nivelit të e lartë.

Punimet e kesaj dite u moderuan nga Dr. Belina Bedini, Universiteti i Durrësit.
Prof. Dr. Eralda Methasani (Çani), Profesor në Fakultetin Juridik, Universiteti i Tiranës, e cila trajtoi temen "Axhenda e Grave, Paqes dhe Siguria në Shqipëri"
Z. Arjan Starova, Presidenti i Këshillit Atlantik të Shqipërisë prezantoi temen: "E ardhmja e NATO-s, Sfidat dhe Mundësite"

Më tej vijoi Kolonel Bilbil Bitri me temën: NATO: Pikat e forta dhe Dobesite.
Punimet përmbyllen me prezantimin e Olivier Zajec, Profesor i Asociuar, Drejtor i Programit Master në Siguria dhe Mbrojtja Ndërkombëtar , Universiteti Jean Moulin - Lyon 3, Francë me temë: “ Një kontekst i ri për Angazhimin e SHBA në Evropë? Rasti për "Autonominë Strategjike" evropiane
