Venue: The seminar was held in Berat at the Prefecture's headquarters
Louis Delcart, Lecturer and Advisor at the Diplomatic Academy of Brussels, Visiting Lecturer, Free University of Brussels, Board Member of the European Academy of Regions, presented the topic: "Lifting Tourism Initiatives to Increase Regional Development"
Luiza Hoxhaj, Executive Director of CRLDS Albania and EAR-EER Representative in Albania, presented the topic: "Cultural Heritage and Local Brand Strategy".
Speakers and discussions included local representatives of the Berat District and local administration, cultural institutions, tour operators and others, providing further insights into the aims and objectives of the seminar, as well as civil society representatives who positioned the topic within current policies and initiatives of the 3rd Forum on Regional and Local Economic Development
Participants: Prefect’s Staff, Staff of Municipalities: Berat, Kucova, Ura Vajgurore, staff of Berat Qark, of local administration, cultural institutions, tour operators and individuals interested in topics.
